In a move that might make some people scratch their heads, a loosely formed coalition of left-leaning bloggers are trying to band together to form a labor union they hope will help them receive health insurance, conduct collective bargaining or even set professional standards.

Truly a new standard of laziness.  Leftists have gone from feeling entitled to my money, to just feeling vaguely but totally entitled.  Somebody, who exactly is unclear, has to give them health insurance.  Probably me, but at this point, they're not even bothering to crawl up to a specific person and mewl.  They're now going to mewl, via blog, from the comfort of their own basements, and they'd like the appropriate parties to please take notice and reward them.

Wait, did I say comfort?

Blogging is very intense -- physically, mentally. You're constantly scanning for news. You're constantly trying to come up with information that you think will mobilize your readers. In the meantime, you're sitting at a computer and your ass is getting wider and your arm and neck and shoulder are wearing out because you're constantly using a mouse.

Lady, please kill yourself.

Also of note in this article is the fact that seven Democrat candidates went to “Yearly Kos” to suck up to attendees and pander for votes.  Daily Kos is headed by Markos Moulitsas, a man so politically savvy that he once said he “felt nothing” when American contractors were killed and mutilated in Fallujah.  “Screw them,” was his intellectual contribution on the subject.  And this is the guy that Democrats go to suck up to.

What would happen if seven of the Republican candidates turned up at a book signing for Ann Coulter, and lent her their support?  Hell, Republicans get pressure to distance themselves from George W Bush, a twice elected President of the United States.

Just goes to show how much simpler campaigning is when all major media outlets favor and protect you.
